The Internal Audit Executive is a department under the President’s Office that is responsible for ensuring that the University’s resources and assets are being used properly in accordance with government regulations and guidelines. It is committed to provide timely and accurate audit reports to the management of the University and present the findings to the concerned body.
The Internal Audit Executive has the following responsibilities:
- Conducting quarterly audits of the university’s accounts and assets
- Providing constructive audit opinions and improvement ideas to the management
- Identifying areas of work that are vulnerable to risk and establishing a control system
- Providing advice and consulting services to the University management
