Competency and Human Resource Management Executive

The Competency and Human Resource Management Executive is responsible for the overall management of the university’s human resources. It incorporates three teams including the Human Resource Management Team, Human Resource Competency and Development Team, and Archive Office. The executive has the following responsibilities:

• Properly implementing the positions approved by the Civil Service Commission
• Hiring both academic and administrative staff through recruitment, promotion and transfer
• Managing staff’s performance, development and benefit packages
• Maintaining the staff records through both hardcopy and soft copy
• Ensuring discipline and dismissal cases using applicable laws and regulations
